The 7 Vortexes of Energy

1. The Crown Chakra aligns with the pineal gland and is where energy enters your body from the Universe.
2. The Brow Chakra is located in the middle of the forehead, just above the eye, and aligns with the pituitary gland; this chakra is responsible for the opening of intuition, sometimes call your sixth sense.
3. The Throat Chakra aligns with the thyroid gland and is a key in the communication of one’s own truth.
4. The Heart Chakra works with the thymus gland and holds the emotions of the heart in this lifetime and past lifetimes.
5. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located between the heart and the navel and is aligned with the pancreas. This chakra is often the most over worked, for it holds fear and resentment, as well as, past life memory.
6. The Sacral Chakra is located in the navel area and is in alignment with the adrenal gland.  This chakra is often referred to as the over loaded chakra because it holds all the energy and emotions people will not let go of.
7. The Base Chakra which works in alignment with the sexual organs; the ovaries in a women and the testicles in a man is your deepest connection to your body and earth. It is the most instinctive of all the chakras and often referred to as the survival chakra.
