Behold me, my beloved Healer, weighed down under the burden of my trials and sufferings, I cast myself at Your feet, that You may renew my strength and my courage, while I rest here in Your Presence.

Permit me to lay down my cross in Your Sacred Heart, for only Your infinite goodness can sustain me; only Your love can help me bear my cross; only Your powerful hand can lighten its weight.
O Divine Healer, whose heart is so compassionate to the afflicted, I wish to live in You; suffer and die in You. During my life be to me my model and my support; at the hour of my death, be my hope and my refuge.

Hear my prayer, Divine Healing Energy, and my asking for mercy. When in pain and illness you are my companion, let there be room in my heart for your strength. When my days and nights are filled with darkness, let courage find its place, until the light once again comes to me. Help me endure the suffering and dissolve the fear, renewing within me the calm spirit of trust and peace. May I soon know a time of complete healing of this physical body, and of my spirit within. Blessed are you.
The healing process requires us to look deep into our own being and to pull unpleasant and uncomfortable emotions out and face them with conviction. First identifying, and then releasing these emotions attached to the physical symptoms, is difficult and at times exhausting. The energy required to heal is tremendous and must not be taken lightly. Remember this is a process and does not need to be, and in most cases cannot be, solved in one day, one week or even one month. Placing unrealistic expectations of measured success can only add to the energy drain. I know you have heard it before, but it took time to come to place, it will take an equal amount of time to reverse it. Depending upon the severity of the physical condition and the length of time you have not been addressing the emotional body attached to it, will be a good indicator of the healing time it will take to reverse the condition. I do not want you to be discouraged or think this is too much work, so you won’t even try, because the rewards are great. You have the strength and the energy to reverse the physical condition and get back to a balanced mind, body, and soul. You have already made a huge step in connecting with this web site and reading this blog. You have identified that you desire a change in your present situation. Don’t discount the value of that statement.
Always remember this is not a task you must do alone. There are many people, in many different fields of expertise that are here to assist you. The key to this help is you must ask. Until you ask, the assistance that is waiting to help you will not know you are ready to move forward. The healing process is a team effort between you, those who have expertise of the physical body, and those who have expertise of the spiritual (emotional or etheric) body. Every person in this team has a valuable and important role to play, and working together they can achieve great healing. A support system of clergy, family, friends, medical personnel, spiritual guides and counselors, and your own spiritual guardians will guide and assist you along the way. And of course, I will be here to answer your questions and assist in your healing with information, prayer, meditation and if needed healing counseling and requests. Always remember you are loved and not alone on your journey to health and balance.
