Spiritual Energy Healing
Spiritual word is associated with god. Today is the time of science and technology and this new era of intelligence generally not believe in existence of god. Spirituality involves the acceptance of god beyond intelligence and with whom we have relationship. Healing the body requires a deeper healing of spirit, which is based on metaphysical principals.
Technique
Spiritual Healing is a natural energy therapy. It complements conventional medicine by treating the whole parts of the body of a person including mind, body and spirit. Healers act as a conduit for healing energy, sometimes this described as ‘love and light’ which relaxes the body. This technique includes other benefits and that are release of tension and stimulation of self-healing. The benefits of healing can be felt on many levels, not just the physical, and the effects can be profound.
How to develop spirituality?
Safety-whenever you develop a connection with god, you gain security through the conviction that you are not all alone in the universe, even at those times when you feel temporarily separated from other people. You will feel extreme security as you come to believe that there is a source you can always turn to in times of difficulty.
Self-confidence-As well as you will successful in making a relationship with God, you come to realize that he has created you and hence he has found something good in you. A different kind of confidence develops in you. You seem that you are a part of this universe. Even you have qualities by whom someone can love you care you and think about you. You’re good and worthy of respect just by virtue of the fact that you’re God’s creation. This realization can improve the way you look at yourself and will help you to improve your ego. You will get the more increased thoughts of you about yourself.

Living Mysteries Of Spirit Energy
To say that we’re living in amazing times is an understatement and one that probably every generation said to one degree or another. What makes our era so rich and dynamic is the exponential warp speed through which we are traveling. Additionally, we are entering that consciousness wherein we know that we don’t know; but, that we’re going to soon!
Much of the church is coming out of their doctrinal and creedal certainties, and into the light of the unknown.
The field of energy (Spirit) healing is a good example of what’s happening, and I love the statement by Elmer Green (Ph.D. Applied Psycho-physiology) of the Menninger Foundation when he wrote, “What we have seen and measured in our laboratory (as healers have been tested while healing) is not possible! But it happens anyway.” Don’t you just love it when what we think isn’t so? And how much of what we believe with great certitude is just factually untrue?
Most Christians simply can’t and won’t entertain such thoughts.
We are witnessing a new reformation and one that I believe will accomplish what the Martin Luther Reformation didn’t. The pain of giving up on long-held doctrinal beliefs won’t be easy, but for those who make the transition, it will be glorious. The shift in consciousness isn’t limited to any one segment of society. Due to the basic inherent conservative nature of religion, it might be more difficult for them to accept the change as compared to science.
Professor Candace Pert (Rutgers University) spoke for many with this statement.
“As a scientist, I believe we’re going to understand everything one day, but this understanding will require bringing in a realm we don’t understand at all yet. We’re going to have to bring in that extra-energy realm, the realm of Spirit and soul that Descartes kicked out of Western scientific thought.” And how much of the Gnostic teachings that the church has kicked out will we have to bring back? The OBFUSCATION that’s been practiced by far too many religions will have to cease.
Willingness To Heal
We each have “comfort zones” on every level of our consciousness, physical, imaginative, emotional, mental and in our life of unconscious habits. Willingness to change is the prerequisite to all change.
To change or alter our habits requires attention, intention and courage. For human beings, you CAN “teach an old dog new tricks;” it simply takes more effort to re-direct them than pups who are empty of programming!
We find the inner child carries the weight as part of a personal protection routine. “What is your willingness to reducing unconscious protection routines?” The inner child has 9/10 willingness to heal the issue of reducing protection patterns.
As Spirit looks down on our physical diseases, It does not see them as primarily physical. We see our disease as physical, but we can only see from ‘I level.’ Spirit does not have this limitation. It already sees how negativity trickled down from higher frequencies in our psyche down to the lower, slower frequency of our body. In other words, the only way a disease can show in the physical is with a great deal of practice and repetition.
When someone is of two minds, this is never a vertical split but always a horizontal split: The cerebral nervous system has one point of view; the enteric nervous system is not aligned with the cerebral nervous system; and in fact, has a divergent point of view.
Being of two minds is very related to reactivity, when two different reactions, one in the head, one in the gut, continue over a period of time, then we call this “being of two minds.”
A person at odds with herself may dislike misbehavior she is unable to understand. But judging a part of us as negative never solves much. It creates another obstacle to inner cooperation.
Any kind of denial blocks willingness to heal. It’s possible to start a healing journal and rate each problem you wish to resolve on a subjective scale of ten. Nine or ten means “I have high willingness to heal.” Six or less means, “I have low willingness to heal and am probably of two minds.” Work on the issues you have the highest willingness to heal first.

Tips For Recognizing Intuition
Knowing what your intuition is telling you is a valuable tool on the path of spiritual growth. In recognizing and following your intuition, you can be guided from your Spirit, your Higher Self rather than just your mind.
Your Higher Self sees the big picture of your life and can help you take the shortcuts and choose the best path for you which is a wonderful gift!
Here are 5 tips on recognizing your intuition:
1. On this Path, Fear is Not Always Intuition
On the path of manifesting your dream, when you are experiencing fear, it typically means that in that moment you can not see clearly. You are seeing through filters of the past that want to keep you safe, protected from any pain you had experienced in the past.
Fear is most often an illusion that holds you back, rather than an intuitive message telling you not to do something.
In my experience, fear is only showing you that you have reached the boundaries of your comfort zone. This is something to be celebrated as your dreams are always beyond your comfort zone!
Fear does not always have to be walked through, especially if it is a deep or intense fear. It is most often better to heal it at it’s source. And in releasing the fear, you can more easily hear your true inner guidance.
2. Your Intuition is Positive and Encouraging
Your intuition is a positive, encouraging voice and would never motivate you out of fear. I guess in some cases a sinking negative feeling could be your intuition telling you something is wrong or that you need to take physical precaution for your own safety, but that’s not what we’re talking about here.
We’re talking about wanting to create a life that reflects who you really are, that is a joyful experience for you to live and allows you to express who you really are and live abundantly.
And on this path, your intuition will speak in a quiet, positive, encouraging voice or nudge. It speaks softly, so you may have to listen closely to hear it!
3. Your Intuition Resonates Deep Within You
When you get an intuitive insight or message, you will feel it resonate within you. You are in intuitive person, which means you have the added gift of KNOWING what feels right, rather than needing it to be proved to you through logic.
If you see a book and suddenly feel an energy or a resonance within you, know that this is you feeling your intuition.
When this happens, see if you can find out what your intuition is guiding you to do. Perhaps it’s to open the book and get a message, perhaps it’s to buy the book as it has exactly what you need in it for your next step.
4. Your Intuition Is Easier to Recognize the More You Use It!
Everyone is different and their intuition speaks to them in different ways. So the best way to find out how your intuition works for you is to use it! Test it out on smaller things like “Where should we go for dinner?” or “Which shirt will make me feel more energized today?”
By using it, you will begin to see the results of following your intuition and that is how it will strengthen. When you see where you are led when you follow your intuition and find it is to good results, you will begin to trust yourself and your intuition much more. This will allow it to develop even more!
5. Intuition is Not Always Black and White
Your intuition operates beyond the logical mind that always thinks in terms of either/or, yes/no. Your intuition recognizes the gray area. It knows that there are infinite choices and paths for you and that there is really no such thing as a wrong choice.
Your intuition is messages from your soul, which may see “both” instead of “A or B”. In this case, asking A or B is irrelevant. So rather than thinking of your intuition as something that will give you a concrete “Yes” or “No”, see it as more of a playful thing that can guide you in a more elusive way.
Release the need for the concrete and give yourself permission to be more playful with it!
