Removing toxins that build up in your body is essential if you want to have a strong immune system. One way to do so is consuming green tea. This can be done as a drink or with a pill supplement. Tuning Into Intuition
“How do I know it’s really my intuition talking? How do I know I’m not just making things up?” This is one of the biggest concerns many of you seem to have when it comes to accessing your own intuition.
The fact is that our intuition is always “on.” It is constantly giving us information, every day of our lives. Imagine a radio music station, running quietly in the background, wherever you are, whatever you may be doing. The music is so omnipresent that you don’t even really hear it anymore. Every once in a while you may catch an auditory glimpse of it, a sweet chord that all too soon gets lost in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But because it is always with you, it colors your life through your emotions and moods. Subconsciously, you are absorbing information from it all day long. This is how we get “gut feelings.” Our subconscious sends us intuitive information, and suddenly something hits us as being “off.” Or we feel incredibly drawn to people or situations. Most of the time, this is how our intuition communicates with us.
Now, however, we wish to access our intuition at the conscious level. We want answers to specific questions. We want information around the issues we are working on right now. And so we sit down and meditate. We dowse. We use tarot cards, runes, angel cards, or whatever other medium we may be drawn to. We turn up the volume on that radio. And invariably, we’re a little disappointed. “This can’t be my intuition,” we think. “I already knew all that.” The little voice inside of us is just like our own. It’s nothing earth-shattering at all.
The music of our intuition has been running quietly in the background all our lives. Is it any surprise that, when we turn up the volume, every song seems awfully familiar? There are no lightning bolts, no striking visions that remove us completely from reality. No booming voice resounds in our head, gifting us with startling revelations that change our lives. That’s the Hollywood version, but that’s not how it happens.
The voice of your intuition is a quiet, familiar voice. It’s your own! Your intuition is a part of you, and always has been. You’ve been hearing it every day of your life. The difference is that now you’ve started listening. When you consciously tune into that little voice, trust it. Believe in your own inner wisdom. Act on what that small, familiar voice says. The proof is in the pudding, as they say. Start with a leap of faith, and see how your life unfolds.

Debunking the Psychic Intuition Myth
Skeptics have often wondered how psychic intuition works. Is it real, or isn’t it? Well, allow me to elaborate on what exactly “psychic intuition” is: For starters, every human being – man, woman and child, is born with a certain level of “psychic intuition.” Most of the population isn’t even aware of this innate power, which each and every one of us possesses.
The key to revealing our psychic intuition is not very difficult. The lines of intercommunication are easily opened by freeing ourselves to the present moment of absolute awareness. Confused yet? It truly is as easy as it seems, but we often close ourselves by letting our physical reality to get into the way.
Psychic intuition is not always about seeing into the future or fortune-telling like we frequently see on old television films and on novelty shows. No, psychic intuition stems from the God (and good) within us. Have you ever done or said something that you know you shouldn’t have? Suddenly, there’s that little voice in our mind reminding us of why we shouldn’t do or say something, yet once again, we permit our physical actions to control our psychic intuition that is often telling us otherwise. That is just a small part of what psychic intuition is all about.
The physical reality is that what we can physically see, hear, and touch. Our psychic intuition can too be heard, seen and felt – yet it comes from within the core of our soul being, and that is what makes all the difference. When we listen closely, and open ourselves to the infinite energy that we possess, we can then only begin to see our infinite potential right before our very eyes.
Finding the present moment within says to us, “Be still. Be silent. Breathe.” And when we follow our psychic intuition, we open the positive energy fields that allow us to be our true self, and what we are intended to be – in the here and now.

Mastering Your Inner Self
Have you ever had an experience, when, someone you know or someone you have not seen in a long time all of a sudden “pops” into your head? Then, a short time later you get a call from this person out of the blue….creepy huh!
Well, not really! This has happened to me, and I’m sure, many others on more than just one occasion.
In fact, when working in my office, my office manager and I use to bet a small wager on who we thought would be calling the office soon after we got that “intuitive connection”.
Unfortunately, I find that most people simply discount the fact that events like these take place more often than they are willing to admit.
For me, I wanted more. I wanted to explore the finer details that make this work. Is a “gut feeling” just that…a “gut feeling”, or is there more to this?
Here’s how I validate my intuitive feelings. OK, I am getting ahead of myself. First, let me provide you with some background on the subject of intuition, here is what I have found to be true.
We are all born with an intuitive sense. Yes, it’s already there! You just have to learn to develop it. I have found that one of the most essential components to developing my intuition is the ability to relax my body and mind at any given point in time. When my body and mind are relaxed, I am much more in tune with my feelings…my “gut feelings”.
Keep in mind, you never want to force it. Just let things happen…no preconceived thoughts in mind.
When I am relaxed, I find myself able to better decipher all the inner dialogue that goes on in my head…you know, the stuff you just can’t shut off.
“How do I know that I am in touch with my true intuitive feelings and not confusing them with all the other feelings that I am having?” Perhaps, this is a question that you all struggle with…I know that I did for years. Who said that understanding what your body might be trying to tell you is easy work anyway?
Here’s what I have found that helps me validate my true intuitive feelings; When I am in touch with my intuition, I get this calm, happy energy that feels as if this energy is expanding beyond my physical body. If it’s not coming from my intuition, I get an anxious, tight energy that feels as if my body is constricting leaving me breathless (exaggerating somewhat). Sometimes these feelings aren’t as noticeable as others.
They may be very subtle at times. Over time I have made it a habit to pay more attention to these subtlties. This small effort has helped me tremendously.
So why would I put out any effort to explore my intuitive feelings? Here’s why. Intuition -
• Allows me to make better decisions or choices for myself furthering my personal growth and development.
• Gives me guidance that allows me to successfully reach my goals that are in line with my higher purpose.
• Helps me to avoid any harmful or destructive situations that create setbacks in my life.
• Gives me greater clarity with the questions that I have throughout the day.
• Helps me to experience life in a new fulfilling way.
You to can take advantage of these benefits by discovering the power of your intuition. Read the book by Shakti Gawain…”Developing Intuition, Practical Guidance For Daily Life.” I found it to be a very helpful guide for following my intuition.

Intuition Connection
“To see life from the perspective of intuition is to have vision. To see life from the perspective of intuition is to see life from the perspective of wholeness. It is to understand that life is basically one and that we are part of life. While the intellect can only see the details, intuition sees the whole. To see life from the perspective of intuition is like looking at life from the summit of the mountain, whereas seeing life only from the perspective of intellect is like looking at life from the foot of the mountain. Through learning to listen to our intuition, we learn to be in contact with the Whole.” ~ Swami Dhyan Giten
Intuition is that quiet, powerful inner knowing of your truths. Connection is a relationship to a larger whole. By definition, they are the same. That is, intuition is your inner connection to a larger truth, and connection is your intuitive relationship to a bigger picture.
Conversely, when you are not feeling particularly connected, it’s likely you can be easily distracted, un-engaged and even bored with whatever the event, conversation or person you are involved with in the moment. When you are not accessing your intuition, you are likely to experience not only distractions and boredom, but also confusion, a sense of overwhelm and a certain monotony of your own life on a day to day level. If you find yourself in that experience, and you want it to be different, it’s time to view your inner and outer connections.
Universal laws show us that the outer connections are really only a symptom of our inner connections. That is, our world is a reflection of what’s happening inside us. Our satisfaction with our relationships, opportunities, finances, home, etc. have a direct correlation to how we are feeling about them, focusing on them and working with our intuition in creating them.
So the most important inner connection we can have is the one with ourselves through our intuition. Remember, intuition is a quiet inner voice – it won’t shout to be heard, judge your choices or stop your free will in acting in the physical world. Intuition is what’s waiting and always accessible to help you handle your world.
So, how do we know we’re connecting with our intuition? Look around yourself right now. See what’s happening in your world – this may take courage – but really look at what you’ve created in your body, significant other, friends, home, and beyond. If you like what you see, you are working with your intuition. And if not, it’s time to introduce yourself to, and connect with, your inner guide.
