Spiritual Energy Healing

Spiritual Energy Healing

Spiritual word is associated with god. Today is the time of science and technology and this new era of intelligence generally not believe in existence of god. Spirituality involves the acceptance of god beyond intelligence and with whom we have relationship. Healing the body requires a deeper healing of spirit, which is based on metaphysical principals.

Technique

Spiritual Healing is a natural energy therapy. It complements conventional medicine by treating the whole parts of the body of a person including mind, body and spirit. Healers act as a conduit for healing energy, sometimes this described as ‘love and light’ which relaxes the body. This technique includes other benefits and that are release of tension and stimulation of self-healing. The benefits of healing can be felt on many levels, not just the physical, and the effects can be profound.

How to develop spirituality?

Safety-whenever you develop a connection with god, you gain security through the conviction that you are not all alone in the universe, even at those times when you feel temporarily separated from other people. You will feel extreme security as you come to believe that there is a source you can always turn to in times of difficulty.

Self-confidence-As well as you will successful in making a relationship with God, you come to realize that he has created you and hence he has found something good in you. A different kind of confidence develops in you. You seem that you are a part of this universe. Even you have qualities by whom someone can love you care you and think about you. You’re good and worthy of respect just by virtue of the fact that you’re God’s creation. This realization can improve the way you look at yourself and will help you to improve your ego. You will get the more increased thoughts of you about yourself.

Cultivating Faith Under Stress

Cultivating Faith Under Stress

posted on April 30, 2010

I struggle with faith, I always have. If I can’t see it, hear it or feel it, it’s hard for me to believe it’s there. And I am so envious of those who just have it. It is rock solid for them and they never seem to waiver in their conviction or belief that God or a higher power or whatever they call it, is there for them. I want that kind of belief in faith, I truly do.

Although I am in the process of collecting stories from other women who have gone through adversity, make no mistake; I’ve got my own story to tell. And at some point I will. In the meantime I am trying to muddle through what is beginning to feel like an endless string of bad patches. And faith is first and foremost in my mind right now.

It seems to dance around me, taunting and teasing me. It alights upon my shoulder when I’m having a good day. But when the chips are down, and the stress is heightened, faith eludes me, like the golden fireflies of summer. I pray for faith, I meditate on it and I affirm that I have it. And yet…I know it has not sunk deep into my soul yet. I just finished reading Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss. What a great book! She is medical intuitive and amazingly insightful.

One of my favorite lines in her book is:

“Choice is the process of creation itself.”

Lately I am imagining “faith” and “fear” sitting like two entities, one upon each of my shoulders (kind of like the devil and angel in an old cartoon). The choice really is mine in who gets to stay and who needs to go. I just need to keep reminding myself of this day by day. Hopefully the day will arrive, preferably sooner than later, when faith has knocked fear on it’s butt and left by the side of the road to fend for itself.

I’ve got faith that it will.

Energy Healing And Karma

Energy Healing And Karma

posted on March 5, 2010

Karma is a Sanskrit word that means action. Not only physical action, but also thought in action and word in action.

On the other hand the karma is also the law of cause and effect, that is to say that the words, thoughts and actions of our past lives, generate impressions in the causal body, which then are manifested as the karma by which we have to go through in this life.

We all have a nature that is pure, luminous, and that it is not contaminated by any mental factor, but when the poisons of the attachment and the ignorance, become part of our mind as a karmic consequence, the physical manifestation of the illness takes place.

Subtle negative energy that can come from other human beings and from the astral plane. The karma  although I have highlighted it as the fourth item, the karma is in fact not only a source of illnesses, but a source that contains and causes the three previous causes.

The emotions, the attitudes and the beliefs, can also have a negative effect in the person’s health, but the health is ultimately determined by the karma.

The first thing that we should understand is that everybody will die in some moment, either for a terminal illness, or for a slide in the bathing tub. Then the objective of the healing is not to avoid a person death. This is outside of the reach of any human being.

A person can recover from a sickness and not be healed from it, this way the karmic roots of that illness might make it appear again in this same life or in the following one, or they will make the person go through similar pain situations until he learns what the karma intended to teach him.

Once we have been able to eliminate the physical manifestations of the illness, we might consider ourselves cured, but this is not necessarily true. If the illness has had a karmic origin, and the person has not received a psychic healing, that same illness or another situation that makes the person go through the same kind of experiences, will show up again.

Once you have the desire to do good, you need to offer yourself to God, so that it uses us as a healing channel. This is the reason why the healer can not be affected by the sick person’s negative energy, neither he should fear in any way the damage of his own energy, since it is not his own energy the one that he should transmit, he is only acting as a channel for the Divine energy.

The chakras are thousands of energy centers that are distributed throughout the whole body, although there are 7 bigger chakras that are aligned along the spine, from the root, to the crown.

The chakras of a healthy person are open and they work in a harmonic form, affecting this way all the functions of the body. While in a sick person they are blocked or they work in insufficient way.
The base of the healing is the restoration of the good flow of the energy through the chakras.
