Chakras A Simple Exlpaination
I’m going to try to put Chakras in language for anyone to understand without them spending a lifetime trying to disappear through the top of their heads. Simply defined, a chakra is Sanskrit for wheel or circle. As used today, there are 7 primary chakras and 40 secondaries.
The Chakras and the Psyche
Until there is scientific evidence of the chakra energy systems, most people will have a hard time understanding how they can benefit from the chakras healing energy.
Crystal Energy
Crystal energy can be used to increase the energies that help healing the body and mind. Unbalances in the body’s energy field can be caused by the mind focusing on negative aspects. Crystal energy helps change negative energies and replaces them with positive energies.
